The People Operations Manager will lead the People Ops team and oversee core HR functions, including global compliance, compensation cycles, and performance management. They will also manage day-to-day HR operations and coordinate major company milestones such as summits and insurance renewals.
Own the full release lifecycle for the remote execution platform, managing phased rollouts and production health across global clusters. Maintain CI health, triage operational issues, and coordinate incident responses to ensure platform reliability.
Serve as the technical expert for build solutions to drive business development and support sales growth. Lead technical discovery, configure products for clients, and communicate the value proposition to stakeholders.
