The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from passive sourcing and prescreening to scheduling and facilitating feedback. They partner with hiring leaders across North America and Eastern Europe to improve the candidate experience and maintain the ATS.

Lead pre-sales engagements and design tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to drive client success. Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and manage the end-to-end implementation process from discovery to post-go-live support.

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, payment application, and the collection of overdue balances. Support internal teams with billing inquiries and perform month-end AR balance sheet reconciliations.
