The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from passive sourcing and prescreening to scheduling and facilitating feedback. They partner with hiring leaders across North America and Eastern Europe to improve the candidate experience and maintain the ATS.

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, payment application, and the collection of overdue balances. Support internal teams with billing inquiries and perform month-end AR balance sheet reconciliations.

You will design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You will also collaborate with delivery teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions and support post-go-live activities.

The consultant will work closely with delivery teams and clients to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, focusing on Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys, alongside the Power Platform. Key duties include acting as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into effective solutions, and supporting implementation and adoption.
