The Director of Business Development is responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition and managing the full new-business lifecycle. This includes prospecting, executive-level engagement, solution development, and deal structuring to achieve top-line growth.

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on electromechanical equipment at various customer retail locations. Manage inventory, document service calls, and provide technical support while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
