The role involves developing and executing business plans to maximize new business production for the Fine Art & Collectibles program. You will consult with retail brokers to educate them on underwriting appetite while identifying new growth opportunities and managing existing partnerships.
Lead and motivate a team of underwriters for the Real Estate Umbrella program to ensure profitability and underwriting integrity. Monitor portfolio performance, implement business improvements, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the new business account pipeline for habitational risks, including multi-family and condo insurance for small urban properties. Responsible for risk selection, pricing, and negotiating proposals directly with insurance brokers and carriers.
Manage the account pipeline for Community Associations, focusing on risk selection, qualification, and pricing for new business and renewals. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers through outbound interaction and negotiation to drive new business writings.
