Manage the account pipeline for Community Associations, focusing on risk selection, qualification, and pricing for new business and renewals. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers through outbound interaction and negotiation to drive new business writings.

The Project Manager will own the end-to-end execution of organizational initiatives, including managing mergers and acquisitions and driving project delivery. They will partner with business leaders, IT, and operations to integrate new teams and ensure alignment on project outcomes.

You will be responsible for underwriting, managing, and growing a profitable Inland Marine portfolio with a focus on builder's risk and contractor's equipment.
