The Manager of LTD Claims oversees daily operations of the long-term disability claims team, supporting staff to ensure a high-standard client experience. They collaborate with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, improve performance metrics, and foster a supportive environment for professional development.

The Case Manager will adjudicate long-term disability claims by assessing evidence, interviewing stakeholders, and making fair, policy-based decisions. They will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support return-to-work planning and manage claim documentation.

The Injury Management Specialist manages workers' compensation claims by coordinating with employers and workers to facilitate safe and early return-to-work plans. They are responsible for maintaining caseloads, ensuring compliance with WCB policies, and providing ongoing communication between all workplace parties.

You will assess disability claims for benefit eligibility and develop proactive case management plans to facilitate return-to-work outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders and healthcare providers to identify barriers and implement effective rehabilitation strategies.
