Lead enterprise-wide credentialing and payer enrollment activities for over 900 dentists across multiple states to optimize revenue recognition. Manage a centralized team and third-party vendors while ensuring strict adherence to NCQA, CMS, and state regulatory standards.

Responsible for accurately posting and reconciling insurance payments, adjustments, and denials into the practice management system. The role involves managing portals, processing Electronic Remittance Advice, and resolving payment discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.

Coordinate proactive and reactive maintenance, schedules, and minor projects for over 400 multi-state locations. Manage third-party vendors and utilize a CMMS to track work orders, quotes, and preventive maintenance for building systems.

Develop and maintain instructional training materials, including eLearning and instructor-led content, using ISD methodology. Facilitate clinical training programs in performance management and leadership development across classroom and virtual settings.

The role involves building and managing high-volume dental fee schedules and configuring insurance carriers within Denticon and other PMS platforms. The analyst will investigate fee discrepancies, resolve underpayments, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reimbursement integrity.
