Provide operational and administrative coordination for the AI Civics program, including scheduling, logistics for workshops, and managing partner communications. Support the cultivation of an academic network and maintain relationship trackers to ensure active engagement with anchor partner organizations.

Lead the co-creation and diffusion of AI Civics resources through participatory action research and inter-organizational partnerships. Develop toolkits, training curricula, and public-facing research outputs to promote democratic accountability over AI systems.
