The consultant will serve as the primary contact for users with diverse technical skills, ensuring a positive experience through clear and personable communication while supporting a mixed Windows and MacOS environment. Key duties include the administration and upkeep of Office 365, Active Directory (physical and Azure VMs), and Intune, alongside maintaining technical documentation and logging issues.

The Principal Consultant will lead the architecture, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft security and endpoint management solutions, focusing on Active Directory/Entra ID, Defender XDR, Intune, and Azure Infrastructure. This role involves supporting presales activities, designing end-to-end security solutions, and mentoring junior consultants on complex security transformation projects.
