They translate enterprise strategy into regional priorities while fostering a high-performance culture and building strong partnerships with volunteer leaders.
The manager will oversee fundraising campaigns and special events while recruiting and training volunteers to advance the organization's mission. They are responsible for developing strategic plans, managing budgets, and cultivating relationships with corporate and community partners.
The Associate Director is responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, including peer-to-peer and special event campaigns, to drive revenue for the Foundation. They will also lead volunteer recruitment and engagement efforts while building strong partnerships within the community to advance the organization's mission.
