Project Manager (GIS, Disaster Recovery, Post-Disaster Rebuild)
Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale public works, infrastructure, facilities, and disaster recovery projects from inception through close-out, overseeing teams, budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and project controls. Coordinate with government agencies, utilities, consultants, contractors, funding partners, and communities, while managing risks, regulatory compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
