The Senior Business Enablement Specialist will lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of business processes and systems to help the Church & Influencer team scale effectively. This role involves managing intake systems, mapping end-to-end fundraising workflows, and driving cross-functional process improvements.

The Grant MEL Specialist III provides technical leadership for monitoring, evaluation, and learning across the full lifecycle of large institutional grant-funded programs. They ensure data quality, donor compliance, and the implementation of robust performance measurement systems in collaboration with global stakeholders and partners.

Manage and mature the AWS platform while mentoring internal customers on DevOps practices and lean agile mindsets. The role involves designing automation scripts, troubleshooting complex technical problems, and integrating AI/ML capabilities into platform engineering.

Manage daily communication activities between participants, sponsors, and church partners to ensure quality and alignment with institutional standards. Handle the registration, organization, and processing of documentation for children and students within established deadlines.

Provide functional and technical support for the Workday HCM platform, including user administration and reporting. Maintain data accuracy and operational efficiency across People & Culture systems and workflows.

The Director of Finance will lead regional finance and accounting operations across multiple Asia national offices, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with global standards. They will drive organizational efficiency, manage country-level finance leaders, and provide financial insights to support regional and global leadership.
