Communitas International

The Missionary is responsible for implementing church-planting methodologies to cultivate healthy faith communities and provide spiritual leadership. This includes developing evangelistic strategies, mobilizing local leaders, and performing pastoral duties consistent with ordained ministry.

The Global Mobilizer is responsible for recruiting and guiding prospective missionary candidates through the initial engagement and discernment process. They manage the recruitment pipeline and serve as a bridge between candidates and international ministry opportunities.

Provide administrative support to the Chief Multiplication Officer and Global Mobilization team to advance recruiting initiatives. This includes tracking prospective ministry workers, maintaining records, and coordinating informational meetings and webinars.

Develop and implement pastoral services and support initiatives for missionary families and Third Culture Kids. Provide coaching, mentoring, and strategic planning to promote the holistic well-being of staff and their children globally.
