The Senior Solutions Engineer partners with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts for enterprise customers using Opik. They are responsible for helping customers operationalize Generative AI applications and providing technical leadership to improve internal sales processes.

The primary responsibility involves producing high-quality technical video content, writing technical blogs and guides showcasing Opik, and building creative technical demos highlighting use cases for evaluation, tracing, and observability. Additionally, the role requires active engagement in developer communities and surfacing developer sentiment back to Product and Engineering teams.
