You will work directly with customers to deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Comet within their specific infrastructure environments. Additionally, you will contribute to the engineering and automation of deployment solutions using tools like Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
You will serve as the primary technical and strategic partner for customers, managing their lifecycle from onboarding to growth. You will also act as an internal advocate for the customer, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and resolve technical challenges.
