The incumbent provides research, analysis, and policy development expertise to support the College in fulfilling its regulatory mandate. Responsibilities include interpreting environmental trends, developing new policies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address regulatory issues.

The Specialist reviews and analyzes cases related to licensee professional obligations and facilitates dispute resolution. They also prepare documentation for the Complaints Committee and provide recommendations based on risk assessments.
