The eTMF Specialist manages the operational strategy for the electronic Trial Master File, ensuring documents are collected and filed in compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines. They are responsible for document review, metadata assignment, and maintaining inspection readiness through periodic QC and reconciliation.

The Director of Business Development is responsible for driving long-term growth by targeting the biopharmaceutical market in CNS and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure. This includes developing strategic business plans, organizing sales campaigns with internal experts, and maintaining key client relationships.

Lead and manage the full life cycle of clinical trial proposal development, including budget generation and contracting processes. Collaborate with business development and operational teams to create compelling, compliant, and timely responses to sponsor solicitations.
