The Underwriting Associate will provide high-level customer support to insurance brokers and policyholders while facilitating the underwriting process. They will also perform administrative insurance functions and educate brokers on cyber insurance products and the online quoting platform.
Develop and maintain relationships with brokerage partners to drive sales and manage the full sales lifecycle. Monitor broker performance, provide product guidance, and ensure high levels of partner satisfaction.
Coordinate marketing programs and campaigns for the Australian market in partnership with local and global teams. Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and content localization while tracking project deliverables.
