Responsible for the technical development and scaling of CERA AI, an agent automating logistics processes. This includes designing scalable AI agent systems, managing LLM orchestration, and ensuring the reliability and quality of AI outputs.

Develop end-to-end features using Django and React while building and maintaining AI agent pipelines for logistics automation. Create evaluation and observability tooling to ensure the reliability and consistency of AI outputs.

The role involves taking ownership of the AI architecture to design and scale AI agent systems for automating logistics processes. Responsibilities include developing LLM systems, ensuring output reliability through monitoring and guardrails, and collaborating with business teams to drive revenue impact.

You will lead the engineering team, managing processes and team coordination while acting as the primary interface between engineering and management. Additionally, you will contribute hands-on to product development, including coding, bug fixes, and technical planning.
