The role involves designing and maintaining secure, scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform to support millions of browser sessions. The engineer will also own the company's security posture and collaborate with product teams to integrate security into CI/CD workflows.
Manage a strategic book of Enterprise accounts to ensure customer health, maximize product value, and drive renewals and expansions. Act as a strategic advisor to high-value accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap.
Create technical content including articles, guides, and demos to help developers adopt new tools. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to embed the developer voice and distill pain points.
Own the end-to-end vision and delivery of business objectives by synthesizing customer feedback, analytics, and market insights. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and ship high-quality product enhancements.
