Serve as a primary technical advisor for Enterprise accounts, managing onboarding, training, and complex technical troubleshooting. Collaborate with internal product and sales teams to drive customer success, scale product usage, and identify expansion opportunities.
Design comprehensive product experiences from initial concept through to pixel-perfect implementation and user flows. Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to build durable design systems and ensure high-quality feature delivery.
The role involves designing and maintaining secure, scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform to support millions of browser sessions. The engineer will also own the company's security posture and collaborate with product teams to integrate security into CI/CD workflows.
Create technical content including articles, guides, and demos to help developers adopt new tools. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to embed the developer voice and distill pain points.
