Directs the personnel and processes within the Patient Financial Service department, overseeing billing, follow-up, and cash posting for all billable enterprises. Ensures compliance with government regulations and financial policies while managing accounts receivable and charge structures.

The selected individual will collaborate closely with the team on interpreting and reporting genomic testing results, including various next-generation sequencing methods and molecular tests. Responsibilities also include serving as a consultant to ordering physicians, monitoring quality control, and participating in the education of staff and trainees.
