They collaborate with Account Executives to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and communicate the value of Workforce Management Solutions to prospects.

The Customer Care Supervisor is responsible for coaching, training, and motivating a team of specialists to meet performance KPIs and quality standards. They also handle real-time performance monitoring, resolve customer complaints, and ensure adherence to service policies and schedules.

Provide second-line support to customers via phone, chat, and email in both English and Spanish. Monitor issues, troubleshoot technical queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
