Deliver live, synchronous small-group instruction to K-12 students using prescribed curriculum and virtual learning platforms, while building relationships and supporting student engagement and academic growth. Monitor and document student progress, communicate concerns to program staff, prepare for sessions, attend required training, and follow program procedures.
The HR Specialist will lead end-to-end onboarding, compliance, and workforce operations for multi-state educational programs. They will also serve as a strategic partner to regional leadership, managing employee relations, payroll coordination, and district partnership initiatives.
