Readers will holistically evaluate undergraduate application materials to help enroll a qualified class while meeting efficiency goals. They are also responsible for attending weekly meetings and completing assigned readings to maintain knowledge of admission standards.

Co-facilitate learning activities during live online class sessions and provide detailed feedback on student submissions. Guide student teams through semester-long projects and participate in community-building events.

Oversee enrollment strategy, recruiting, and application management for online graduate programs to meet growth and retention goals. Lead a team of recruiting specialists and maintain full ownership of the Slate CRM system and reporting processes.

Core responsibilities include following research plans to collect, record, and analyze data, maintaining accurate research records, and testing software prototypes while interacting with fellow researchers. The role also involves performing basic data analysis to contribute to reports and research publications.
