Canvas Medical

The Product Experience Builder is responsible for building, shipping, and iterating plugins that enhance the Canvas experience for customers. They will drive rapid iteration cycles and maintain a high throughput of working solutions while ensuring design integrity.

You will serve as the primary technical bridge for customers, investigating complex issues by querying databases, analyzing logs, and troubleshooting clinical workflows. Additionally, you will provide guidance to developers on the FHIR API and SDK while contributing to internal documentation and product improvements.

The Implementation Manager will lead new customer adoptions end-to-end, owning implementation plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through go-live. This involves running discovery to define needs and translating those findings into actionable implementation plans covering workflows, configuration, and technical integrations.
