The Director of Client Services will build new relationships and secure business with enterprise accounts to meet sales goals. They are responsible for managing a geographic sales territory, developing account plans, and leading sales pursuit teams.

The associate conducts one-on-one counseling sessions to guide families through the college admissions process and provides feedback on application essays. They are also responsible for tracking all client interactions within the online registration system.

The Senior Manager will guide clients through the entire college admissions process, focusing on ethically presenting and maximizing student strengths, accomplishments, and potential. Responsibilities also include contributing to organizational growth, supporting community partnerships through pro-bono work, and presenting on various educational topics.
