Define the engineering strategy and technical roadmap for the robotics stack within the autonomous construction program. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design safety architectures and ensure successful system integration and field validation.

The engineer will design, develop, and optimize CVML models and training pipelines for perception tasks like segmentation and depth estimation. They will own the full ML development lifecycle, from initial prototyping to production-scale deployment on edge and cloud systems.

You will own the requirements lifecycle and drive robust verification and validation processes for autonomous construction machinery. Additionally, you will build simulation tools and facilitate risk assessments to ensure system safety and performance.

The Principal Autonomous Systems Safety Engineer will lead the creation of safety frameworks and validation strategies for end-to-end robotics initiatives. They will conduct risk assessments, define safety requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability of autonomous vehicle solutions.

Build and maintain production data pipelines for the data lifecycle, including upload, processing, and visualization. Design full-stack applications to analyze vector and raster data while collaborating with cross-functional robotics and ML teams.

The Field Application Engineer will plan and execute field testing and machine learning data collection for agricultural and construction machinery. They are responsible for troubleshooting equipment, performing root cause analysis, and communicating technical insights to engineering and product management teams.
