They are responsible for managing actuarial models for unpaid claims liability and translating complex findings into actionable business insights for senior leadership.

Manage and secure the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of critical systems. This includes deploying security tools, monitoring performance, and remediating vulnerabilities in collaboration with IT teams.

Acts as a clinical liaison to support quality improvement, care coordination, and value-based care initiatives between providers and members. Implements data-informed clinical processes and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

The Solutions Architect designs and implements scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions by translating complex business requirements into actionable architectural designs. They lead the architectural process and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery across various platforms.
