The incumbent will lead a comprehensive redesign of the Genomic and Molecular Techniques Lab course to align with current genetic counseling standards. Following the redesign, the faculty member will be responsible for delivering the course during the fall term.

This role involves teaching a graduate-level course focused on the strategic application of health data analytics and informatics systems for improving patient care quality and safety. Faculty will guide students in integrating collaboration, change management, and project management into performance improvement plans.

The faculty member will teach a graduate-level course examining the culture of healthcare organizations and how it impacts interactions, viewing organizations from system to individual levels. Responsibilities include examining and critiquing organizational behavior and applying relevant theories and frameworks to influence behavior within healthcare settings.
