The Social Lead will develop and execute Base's social strategy across various platforms, overseeing the social team and creating impactful content. They will engage with the crypto community and collaborate with internal teams to amplify Base's initiatives.

The role involves defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Base Privacy Platform, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through scaling. This person will lead the charge on onchain privacy primitives to enable developers to build the best experiences for the onchain economy.

The Head of Communications will own the end-to-end external narrative for Base, driving traditional PR, media relations, and high-impact speaking opportunities across crypto and mainstream press. This role requires operating natively on Crypto Twitter, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership, and pioneering the use of AI to enhance communications workflows.

The role involves owning the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs related to the Base Chain and Protocol, from initial problem definition through launch and follow-up. This includes translating product and business goals into actionable execution plans with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics.
