The Compliance Intern will manage field-level compliance tasks including licensing documentation, utility management, and rental registrations for an assigned property portfolio. They will also coordinate with Assistant Property Managers to ensure work orders are completed and property violations are resolved.
The intern will coordinate maintenance requests, oversee property repairs, and manage tenant relations including complaints and lease enforcement. They will also handle financial records, rent collection, and provide regular updates to property owners.
Lead operational performance and customer success to drive retention and service excellence across a property management portfolio. Manage multi-layer teams and key business metrics including churn rate, NPS, and revenue per unit.
