The team will provide operational support and monitoring for Barclays' KDB+ data infrastructure across various asset classes. They are responsible for relieving the core development team of routine tasks to allow for strategic platform development.
Design, build, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning models, including LLMs and RAG solutions, to solve complex business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize model performance and mentor junior data scientists.
Provide first-line operational coverage and real-time monitoring of the KDB+ estate across various asset classes. Apply SRE practices to improve operational monitoring capabilities in collaboration with the core team.
