The Major Gifts Officer will manage and grow a portfolio of high-capacity supporters while cultivating new relationships, turning meaningful engagement into multi-year financial investment in the mission. This involves cultivating high-touch relationships with major donors and prospects, managing 50 existing donors, and identifying/cultivating 100 new prospects.
