Antora Energy

The Director of Grid Policy will lead regulatory advocacy and stakeholder negotiations regarding transmission, interconnection, and resource adequacy across various RTOs and states. They will partner with the energy commercial team to ensure Antora's storage products are accurately valued and positioned for commercial success.

Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of energy projects for long-duration energy storage deployment through co-location strategies with renewable developers. Structure complex multi-party commercial agreements and manage financial modeling to ensure strong risk-adjusted returns.

Lead the end-to-end technical execution of generation interconnection processes for thermal energy storage projects across various RTOs and ISOs. This includes managing applications, performing power system studies, and collaborating with transmission owners to de-risk project sites.

Lead cross-functional teams to advance international energy storage and power generation projects from ideation to commercial contract execution. Coordinate between engineering, finance, and business development while managing community engagement and permitting processes.

Establish the applications engineering function as the technical bridge between the product platform and commercial projects. Lead technical discovery, system sizing, and cost estimation for industrial heat and power opportunities from initial conversation to project handoff.

The Principal, Power Procurement will lead complex utility tariff negotiations and originate off-take agreements with utilities. This role involves mentoring a growing team and setting high standards for deal execution across the Energy team.
