Manage 80-100 inbound and outbound calls daily to assist patients with appointment scheduling and care coordination. Ensure accurate communication between patients, physicians, and pharmacies while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.

Responsible for the timely and accurate posting of healthcare payments, insurance adjustments, and retractions. This includes analyzing EOBs, processing lockbox payments, and reconciling accounts receivable reports.

Manage all aspects of insurance follow-up and collections, including resolving denials and analyzing EOBs to maximize reimbursement. Coordinate with clinics and management to identify root causes of denials and implement process improvements.

The role focuses on auditing provider medical records for coding accuracy and compliance while providing ongoing education to physicians and APPs. It involves collaborating with billing specialists to resolve denials and optimizing charge capture within the ModMed system.
