Facilitate home purchase transactions by acting as a liaison between borrowers, realtors, and the mortgage company. Develop program templates and job aids while educating internal staff and external clients on the home buying process.

Responsible for processing conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans in accordance with company and investor guidelines. This includes managing loan data in the LOS, coordinating with borrowers and underwriters, and preparing files for closing.

Responsible for underwriting loan credit packages and appraisals in accordance with company and investor guidelines. This includes analyzing income from tax returns, detecting fraudulent documentation, and coordinating with processing and closing departments.
