The Catholic Context Manager will serve as the primary relationship manager for partner dioceses, ensuring the effective implementation and support of Alpha programs. They will also facilitate training, envision events, and develop strategic pathways for missionary discipleship within Catholic parishes and schools.

The primary focus is identifying, researching, and securing grant funding from various philanthropic sources, while also supporting major donor cultivation through prospect research and proposal drafting. Essential functions include managing the full grants lifecycle, from research and writing high-quality proposals to ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
