The HVAC Sales Engineer will promote technical products to consulting engineers, architects, and facility managers to establish them as the basis of design. They will also collaborate with the sales team during the bid and submittal process to ensure project success.
Manage past-due accounts through consistent customer outreach, secure and monitor payment commitments, and resolve billing disputes in partnership with internal teams. Analyze collection activity, aging trends, and DSO; identify high-risk accounts and recommend actions to improve cash flow and reduce overdue balances.
