The creator will own the full process of developing video concepts, capturing footage, and editing narrative-driven stories for YouTube Shorts. They will collaborate with researchers and engineers to identify compelling findings and iterate on content based on audience reception.

The research scientist will lead efforts to discover insights regarding AI capabilities and proclivities using existing data and infrastructure. They will also scale the AI Village project to demonstrate long-horizon agentic capabilities and study emergent model behaviors.

You will build and scale the AI Village by managing frontier AI agents in long-term, open-ended scenarios. Additionally, you will study model behavior to surface insights regarding emergent dynamics and agentic capabilities.

Lead the redesign of the AI Village website to improve user engagement and surface key research findings. Scale the AI Village infrastructure while conducting research on frontier AI agent capabilities and emergent behaviors.
