The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner to the President and CEO, managing organizational priorities, strategic planning, and board governance. This role also coordinates the Senior Leadership Team and oversees the operations of the President's Office.
The Vice President leads the growth, retention, and relationship management strategy for the ATD Network, overseeing recruitment and membership renewal. They are responsible for managing the division's budget, staff, and institutional partnerships while reporting results to the President, CEO, and Board of Directors.
