Coordinate end-to-end ADHD and autism assessment processes, including scheduling assessments, reviews, and multidisciplinary meetings. Liaise with clinical teams, care boards, educational settings, service users, and families, while maintaining patient records and preparing assessment documentation.
Provide strategic clinical leadership and governance for prescribing services within neurodevelopmental pathways. Manage and develop a team of prescribing clinicians while acting as the senior escalation point for complex clinical cases.
The Clinical Psychologist will oversee neurodevelopmental assessment processes for young people and adults while ensuring clinical excellence. They will also provide clinical supervision, lead training initiatives, and maintain high standards through quality assurance and governance.
