We're the front line of technical support for our users - a dynamic team that works closely with product, engineering, and compliance to ensure our customers get seamless, secure service around the clock. Currently, we are looking for someone who thrives in a tech-driven setting, has a solid understanding of financial platforms, and enjoys solving problems for customers.

You should be comfortable navigating technical tools, translating complex issues into clear solutions, and staying calm under pressure. If you're passionate about customer experience and want to grow in the fintech space, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and customer support.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues quickly.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams.

  • Document cases and assist users with new features.

  • Develop and optimize user communication channels, as well as continuous maintenance and improvement of the knowledge base.

  • Basic knowledge of fintech and digital finance.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Advanced English.

  • Previous IT support or fintech experience
