Job Description

• Research potential customers, markets and relevant decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
• Support lead generation and qualification and help turn initial contacts into potential opportunities.
• Contribute to outbound activities across LinkedIn, email and other relevant channels.
• Develop and test Sales and Demand Generation campaigns together with the team.
• Use modern AI, data and sales tools to make our sales activities smarter and more efficient.
• Support events, go-to-market initiatives and other customer acquisition activities.
• Gain exposure to the entire sales cycle and learn how an initial contact develops into an opportunity and ultimately a deal.

• Du recherchierst potenzielle Kunden, Märkte und relevante Ansprechpartner:innen und identifizierst neue Sales Opportunities.
• Du unterstützt bei der Lead Generation und Qualifizierung und hilfst uns dabei, aus ersten Kontakten echte Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu entwickeln.
• Du gestaltest unsere Outbound-Aktivitäten über LinkedIn, E-Mail und weitere Kanäle aktiv mit.
• Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team Sales- und Demand-Generation-Kampagnen und bringst eigene Ideen ein.
• Du arbeitest mit modernen AI-, Data- und Sales-Tools und lernst, wie Technologie einen effizienten Sales-Prozess unterstützt.
• Du unterstützt bei Events, Go-to-Market-Aktivitäten und weiteren Maßnahmen zur Kundengewinnung.
• Du erhältst Einblick in den gesamten Sales Cycle und erlebst, wie aus einem ersten Kontakt Schritt für Schritt eine Opportunity und schließlich ein Deal entsteht.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled at a university or college. Your specific field of study matters less to us than your interest in Sales, Tech and Business.
• You enjoy communicating and feel comfortable approaching new people.
• You work independently, take ownership and are willing to contribute your own ideas.
• You are curious about technology and interested in how AI and modern tools are changing the way we sell.
• A “no” does not discourage you – you are willing to learn, adapt and try again.
• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, SAP or B2B environments is a plus, but not a requirement.

• Du kommunizierst gerne und hast Lust darauf, aktiv auf Menschen zuzugehen.
• Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein.
• Du bist neugierig auf neue Technologien und möchtest lernen, wie AI und moderne Tools im Vertrieb eingesetzt werden können.
• Ein „Nein“ schreckt dich nicht ab – du bleibst dran und möchtest verstehen, was erfolgreiche Kundenansprache ausmacht.
• Erste Erfahrungen in Sales, Business Development, SAP oder B2B sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
