You will support the sales team by maintaining CRM data, managing customer onboarding, and processing supplier questionnaires. Additionally, you will assist with customer training, conference ticket sales, and the development of process documentation.
Your mission
You communicate with our customers in writing and by telephone
You maintain data in our CRM system (Odoo)
You take over the administration and onboarding of new customers in the purchasing portals
You process the supplier questionnaires and keep our associated information database up to date
You develop templates and translations
You work on process descriptions
You will also support us in the area of “Customer Training”
For our annual Checkmk Conference, you will help with ticket sales and provide support before, during and after the conference
You will take on additional projects and tasks in collaboration with various colleagues, thereby you are supporting our sales team
Your profile
You are registered as a student (m/f/d) in a business focused course or alike or in a course of study related to IT
You like to help customers and colleagues and your communication skills are very good
You have an independent way of working
You speak and write German fluently and also have a good knowledge of English
At best, you have already gained experience in a similar function
