Your mission as a Working Student Customer Success DACH (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Working Student Customer Success - DACH to support our Customer Success Team for Appinio. In this role, you will support our Customer Success Managers and team, making sure our customers get the insights they need for their business success. You will be at the forefront of our journey to revolutionize the insights market and set the foundation for a career in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales in one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies.
- Support the monitoring and optimization of data flows between HubSpot and internal digital workspaces/tools to ensure seamless data synchronization (ClickUp, PandaDoc).
- Preparing slides and other materials for stakeholder communication
- Developing content and formats to educate and engage customers (e.g., Newsletters, Use cases, Benchmarks, etc.)
- Supporting operational day-to-day tasks (e.g., planning and organizing monthly meetings, managing digital workspaces for team collaboration)
- You possess an analytical mindset with strong quantitative problem-solving skills
- You are highly proficient in Excel (formulas & pivot tables) and PowerPoint (visualizing data and metrics effectively)
- You have previous experience in fast-paced, demanding environments such as management consulting, big tech, or startups
- You combine strong analytical skills to simplify complex issues with a diligent, highly proactive "get-things-done" mindset.
- Experience with HubSpot, Tableau, or preferably similar marketing, sales automation, and analytics tools to track performance is a plus
- You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Currently enrolled as a student at a German university (with at least 12 months remaining in your studies)
- Temporary work from abroad - you can work outside your country of residence for up to 180 days per year
