The specialist will assist clients throughout their travel journey by managing reservations, bookings, and cancellations via phone, email, and messaging. They are also responsible for providing destination information and proactively resolving travel-related inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
We are hiring a Remote Travel Support Specialist to guide and assist clients throughout their travel journey. From planning to return, you will ensure travelers feel informed, confident, and supported at every stage.
Assist clients remotely through phone, email, and online messaging
Manage reservations, booking updates, cancellations, and special requests
Share clear and detailed information regarding destinations and travel policies
Monitor upcoming departures and proactively contact clients when necessary
Professionally resolve inquiries and concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Background in customer service (travel industry experience is a plus)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Able to work independently in a remote setting
Quick to adapt to booking platforms and digital tools
Enthusiastic about helping others travel smoothly
