  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, configuration records, operational procedures, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with IT operations, security, application, and support teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability, automation, system performance, and operational processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure management.
  • Proven experience administering Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, groups, and access controls.
  • Practical experience with VMware vSphere and ESXi administration, including virtual machine management and troubleshooting.

  • Good understanding of infrastructure security, access management, system availability, and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures, change management, and IT service-management practices.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing maintenance activities and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, automation, continuous improvement, and infrastructure reliability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and take ownership of infrastructure issues from identification through resolution.
