Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments to review their benefit options
Explain available life and supplemental benefit programs in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
Help clients choose coverage that best fits their needs and budget

Assist with applications and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
Maintain organized client records while following company and industry compliance standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills and reliable internet access
Customer service, healthcare, retail, or benefits experience is an asset but not required
Willingness to obtain the required insurance license (training provided)
