Position Overview

AO Globe Life is seeking Remote Benefit Managers to serve veterans and their families through personalized virtual benefit consultations. This role offers a flexible, remote-first career opportunity focused on making an impact—without cold calling or prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual meetings with veterans and their families to assess needs and offer benefit solutions

• Present supplemental life, accident, and health insurance options clearly and professionally

• Maintain detailed, compliant digital records and manage ongoing client support

• Assist with policy updates, claims, and follow-up services

• Participate in team development meetings, training sessions, and leadership workshops

• Passion for or experience working with the veteran community
