As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of our offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. Our “Office in a Box” home working kit will provide you with everything you need, no matter where you are.

Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.

What you’ll do  

As a Benefits Realisation Analyst, you'll help track and measure the value delivered from projects and programmes across the VBTS portfolio. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll support benefits tracking, financial reporting and portfolio reporting to ensure projects are delivering against their expected outcomes.

You'll help maintain visibility of ongoing initiatives, update benefits and performance data, support business case tracking, and provide insights that help teams understand progress, value delivered and areas for improvement.

Who you are 

• Experience in benefits realisation, PMO, business performance, financial reporting, business planning, project support or transformation environments.
• Good understanding of benefits tracking, business cases, reporting and performance measurement.
• Comfortable analysing data and identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Experience working with budgets, forecasts, cost-benefit analysis or financial information.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to present information clearly and accurately.
• Able to work collaboratively with a range of teams including operations, finance, technology and project delivery.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicating with stakeholders and building positive working relationships across the business.
