  • Client Support: Provide client support for cases, addressing inquiries via phone calls, text messages, or in-person interactions regarding post-filing updates and concerns.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
  • Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English
