Virtual Member Service Representative – AmeriCU Credit Union 

AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Virtual Member Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building meaningful relationships. As a Virtual Member Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission of helping members live life, dream big, and achieve financial success.

• Greet members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner aligned with our MVP-1 Team culture
• Provides a seamless member interaction in line with member expectations of an in-person teller transaction.
• Accurately and efficiently assist members by performing financial transactions.
• Utilize the Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce) to track member referrals and non-member encounters for accurate recording of services provided.
• Accurately reconcile daily totals at the close of the business day.
• Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with credit union or regulatory standards and policies, with particular attention to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the SAFE Act.
• Adhere to credit union and departmental policies and procedures.
